The Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (“Bappebti”) recently issued Regulation No. 121/BAPPEBTI/PER/04/2015 on Technical Guidelines for Trading Pure-Tin-Bullion for Export Purposes via the Futures Exchange (“2015Regulation”). The stated aim of the 2015 Regulation is to implement Minister of Trade Regulation No. 44/M-DAG/PER/7/2014 on Provisions on Tin Exports. [1]
