Trustees and Issuers Take Note: KSEI Unveils Detailed Procedures for Electronic RUPO and/or RUPSu via eASY.KSEI

PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“ KSEI ”) has issued Rule No. XI-C (“ Rule XI-C ”) as the Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of KSEI No. KEP-0035/DIR/KSEI/0626 (“ Decree 35/2026 ”) on Procedures for the Organization of General Meetings of Bond and/or Sukuk Holders Accompanied by the Granting of Power of Attorney Through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (“ eASY.KSEI ”). [1] The enforcement of Rule XI-C and Decree 35/2026 has now resulted in the repeal and replacement of Decree of the Board of Directors of KSEI No. KEP-0046/DIR/KSEI/1225 (“ Decree 46/2025 ”), which bore a similar title to Decree 35/2026.
