Tuberculosis Mitigation Efforts Within the Workplace Now Mandatory

In an effort to support national programs for the elimination of tuberculosis by 2030 and a tuberculosis-free Indonesia by 2050, as well as to implement occupational health and safety efforts, as set out under Law No. 1 of 1970 on Occupational Safety and the tuberculosis mitigation efforts set out under Regulation of the President No. 67 of 2021 on the Mitigation of Tuberculosis, the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 13 of 2022 on the Mitigation of Tuberculosis Within the Workplace (“ Regulation 13/2022 ”).
