Unveiling the Latest Telecommunications Network Development Obligations: Proposal Submission Deadline Set at 30 Days

Following the enforcement of Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Telecommunications (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), [1] the Director-General of Post and Informatics Administration (“ Director-General ”) has now decided to issue Regulation No. 6 of 2024 (“ Regulation 6/2024 ”) on Guidelines (“ Guidelines ”) for the Stipulation of Obligations for the Development and/or Provision of Telecommunications Networks (“ Network Development Obligations ”), which has been in force since 15 October 2024.
