Updated Coal Sale Price Introduced to Meet Domestic Need for Raw Materials and Industrial Coal

In order to fulfill the need for coal as a raw material or as an industrial fuel (collectively referred to as “ Industrial Materials ”) for use by domestic industry, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Decree No. 58.K/HK.02/MEM.B/2022 on the Sales Price of Coal to Fulfil the Domestic Need for Raw Materials/Industrial Fuel (“ Decree 58/2022 ”), which updates provisions which addressed the sales price of coal to meet the domestic requirement for Industrial Materials, as previously addressed under the now-repealed Decree No. 206.K/HK.02/MEM.B/2021 (“ Decree 206/2021 ”).
