Previously, the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) issued a set of provisions that specifically addressed export policies and arrangements under Regulation of the Minister No. 19 of 2021 on Export Policies and Arrangements, as amended several times, most recently through Regulation of the Minister No. 12 of 2022 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 19/2021 ”). [1] Recently, the Minister decided to revise these provisions through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 23 of 2023 (“ Regulation 23/2023 ”), which has simultaneously repealed and replaced Regulation 19/2021. [2] Regulation 23/2023 has been in force since 17 July 2023.
