Updated Guidelines for High and District Court PTSP Service Standards Introduced: Scope of Services and Mandatory Displayed Information Clarified

In an effort to ultimately improve the transparency and quality of the various services that are provided through One-Stop Integrated Service (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu –“ PTSP ”) facilities at District Courts and High Courts (collectively referred to as “ Courts ”) across the country, the Director-General of the General Judicial Office at the Supreme Court (“ Director-General ”) has decided to update the framework for PTSP services standards at Courts (“ Standards ”) through the issuance of Decree No. 114/DJU/SK.HM1.1.1/I/2024 on the Updated Guidelines for Integrated One-Stop Service Standards at High Courts and District Courts (“ Decree 114/2024 ”), which has been in force since 29 January 2024.
