Updated Provisions Introduced on the Implementation of PPJB for Sales of Public Housing and Public Apartments

As mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 12 of 2021 , which stands as an amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2016 on the Organization of Housing and Residential Areas (“ Regulation 12/2021 ”) [1] , the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 16 of 2021 on the Implementation of Preliminary Sale or Purchase Agreements and Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreements for Public Housing and Public Apartment Units (“ Regulation 16/2021 ”).
