Updated Requirements for Motorcycle Conversion Workshops Introduced

Matters relating to the conversion of motorcycles with internal combustion engines (“ Motorcycles ”) into battery-powered electric motorcycles (“ e-Motorcycles ”), as originally addressed under Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) No. PM 65 of 2020 (“ Regulation 65/2020 ”), were recently updated through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. PM 39 of 2023 (“ Regulation 39/2023 ”). Regulation 39/2023 has been in force since 28 July 2023 and simultaneously repeals and replaces Regulation 65/2020.
