The President has just issued Regulation No. 104 of 2015 (“Amendment’), which amends Regulation No. 69 of 2015 on Free Visitor Visas on Arrival (“2015 Regulation”). [1] This Amendment aims to increase national income and boost the number of tourists who choose to visit the country. [2] With this end in mind, the Amendment sets out a list of countries and regions whose citizens are no longer required to secure visas before entering Indonesia.
