Upgrading Your Landscape? Govt. Officially Unveils 13 Updated Standards for Spatial Planning Services

In 2017, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) introduced Regulation No. 4 of 2017 (“ Regulation 4/2017 ”) on Service Standards at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (“ Ministry ”). As this title suggests, Regulation 4/2017 outlines the various service standards that apply at the Ministry (e.g. requirements, procedures, service timelines, applicable tariffs and so forth). [1]
