In order to realize effective, efficient and appropriate services for dealing with various immigration status and citizenship-related matters in accordance with technological developments, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 10 of 2023 on Registrations and Applications for Immigration Facilities for Children of Dual Citizenship, Applications for Immigration Certificates and the Returning of Immigration Documents Due to Citizenship Status (“ Regulation 10/2023 ”), which is set to come into force on 28 August 2023.
