The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 14 of 2026 (“ Regulation 14/2026 ”) on Goods and Requirements for Goods Storable Through the Warehouse Receipt System (Sistem Resi Gudang– “ SRG ”), which has now officially repealed and replaced the previous framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 33 of 2020 , as amended several times most recently by Regulation No. 1 of 2025 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 33/2020 ”).
