The Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi– “ Bappebti ”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2026 on Technical Requirements for Warehouses Registered with the Warehouse Receipt System (“ Regulation 1/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, Regulation 1/2026 officially repealed and replaced Regulation of Bappebti No. 1 of 2021 (“ Regulation 1/2021 ”), which bore the same title as Regulation 1/2026. [1]
