The Bill on the Warehouse Receipt System has finally passed the House of Representatives (DPR) on 20 June 2006 after initially coming before the DPR on 20 July 2005 (see ILB 172). Although there were no significant controversies in passing the Bill it is important to note that there have been significant amendments to the Bill.
