In consideration of the need to ensure orderly commerce and smooth distribution of goods to meet the needs of domestic consumers, the Minister of Trade has issued RegulationNo. 16/M-DAG/PER/3/2006on 29 March 2006. The Regulation and 4 Attachments stipulate provisions relating to the procedures for establishing the Warehouse Classification List or TDG which permits warehouses to undertake distribution activities.
