Minister of Communication and Information Technology Regulation No. 19/PER/M.KOMINFO/09/2011 on The Use of 2.3 GHz Radio Frequency Bandwidth for Wireless Broadband Service Demand on a Technology-Neutral Basis (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement clauses in the Appendix of Presidential Regulation No. 5 of 2010 on the 2010-2014 National Medium-Term Development Plan. These clauses can be found under Book II and Item 5.3.2.3 of Chapter V of the Appendix.
