The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Ministry”) has just issued Regulation No. 37 of 2017 on Working Areas for the Indirect Utilization of Geothermal Energy (“Regulation 37/2017”).Regulation 37/2017 serves as an implementation of Article 10, Article 31, Article 32 paragraph (3) and Article 85 of Government Regulation No. 7 of 2017 [1] on the Indirect Utilization of Geothermal Energy (“Regulation 7/2017”).
