The Directorate General of General Legal Administration (“Ditjen AHU”) is preparing a Draft Regulation of the Minister of Law on Procedures for Fiduciary Security Services (“Draft Regulation”). The proposed regulation will update the implementation of the provisions under Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 25 of 2021, which governs the Procedures for the Registration, Amendment, and Deregistration of Fiduciary Security.
“This regulation will serve as a key pillar in modernizing security reporting procedures, which will be conducted entirely through digital means,” Director General of General Legal Administration Widodo told Hukumonline.
This initiative is intended to create a transparent and efficient business ecosystem while providing greater legal certainty for both creditors and debtors in accessing financing. The proposed regulation will comprehensively update the administrative procedures for fiduciary security through the AHU Fiduciary Online service, covering the entire process from initial registration and amendment of data to the discharge or deregistration (roya) of fiduciary security.
