The Minister of Finance (Kementerian Keuangan– “ Kemenkeu ”) will immediately issues a regulation on the imposition of Antidumping Import Duty (Bea Masuk Antidumping– “ BMAD ”) toward imports of Polypropylene Copolymer products from South Korea , Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapo re . Said regulation are stated in a Regulation of the Minister of Finance (Peraturan Menteri Keuangan– “ PMK ”) which will be issued in the near future .
“In the process of harmonization between Ministries/Agencies in the Ministry of Law ,” confirmed the Ministry of Finance’s Communication and Information Services Bureau to Hukumonline.
It is known that imports of Polypropylene Copolymer products are included in tariff post 3902.30.90 according to the 2022 Indonesian Customs Tariff Book (Buku Tarif Kepabeanan Indonesia– “ BTKI ”) . The imposition of this BMAD is an addition to the general import duty (Most Favo red Nation) or preferential import duty based on an international agreement or consensus that has been imposed . Later, BMAD on these imported products will be imposed for five years from the date this policy is issued
