The Government, through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (“ ATR ”)/National Land Agency (“ BPN ”), is preparing a Draft Bill (“ RUU ”) on Land Administration. One of the key elements of the draft is the modernization of the land administration system.
“Our hope is that this RUU on Land Administration can meet the collective needs,” said Andi Tenrisau, Principal Expert Functional Officer in Spatial Planning.
This policy draft aims to strengthen transparency in land ownership and develop a more modern and adaptive system. Other substantive provisions include the prevention of maladministration related to criminal acts.
