Just before the turn of the year, the Supreme Court (MA) issued a ruling on the cassation filed by PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, or Sritex. Sritex had filed a cassation petition against the annulment of the homologation (bankruptcy settlement) issued by the Commercial Court at the Semarang District Court in late October.
