Bukalapak Files for PKPU Against Harmas Jalesveva
The dispute between PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (Bukalapak) and PT Harmas Jalesveva (Harmas), a property company, is still ongoing. Most recently, Bukalapak filed a petition for the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) against Harmas, with a claimed debt amounting to Rp6,46 billion at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District Court with case number 50/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025 on Monday (18/2).
