The Special Committee (Panitia Khusus/Pansus) of the House of Representatives (DPR) is still deliberating the Bill (Rancangan Undang-Undang/RUU) on Private International Law (Hukum Perdata Internasional/HPI) and has invited a number of stakeholders, including the Indonesian Judges Association (Ikatan Hakim Indonesia/IKAHI). Input from these parties will subsequently serve as the basis for refining the substance of the Bill.
