Siti Hardijanti Rukmana, better known as Tutut Soeharto, has filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Finance at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN). Alongside Tutut, a similar lawsuit was also filed by Marimutu Sinivasan, the head of PT Texmaco and one of the debtors of the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) program.
